Our Story
Knowing the humiliation of typical fitness centers,
and being inspired by success with fitness sessions designed just
for her by her personal trainer Michael Looney, speaker/singer
Linda Izzo, a/k/a The Big Mama founded More To Love Fitness as a workout alternative for people of size. Linda opened the first More To
Love Fitness Center in the New York City suburbs. She then created a website to further publicize the concept which unleashed
a flood of emails from all over North America! With such immediate and widespread interest, Linda sought to get More To Love
Fitness, with its unique Body-Soul Connection for Feeling Good, to as many people as
possible now! Enter.... MoreToLoveFitness.Com
- To promote a positive, enjoy
life now outlook for Big Beautiful People.
- To promote a more physically
active lifestyle.
- To help set proper perspective
on weight (fat) and promote size acceptance:
- A physically active lifestyle is
equally, if not more, important than weight in promoting
wellness & longevity.
- We have little chance to realize
this because the $40 billion diet industry promotes thin as bliss and dieting as the best way to get thin. We don't think about the fact that 95% of dieters regain at least all the weight they lose by dieting. Instead, we feel like we're the only failures, try again, and end up supplying
diet companies with built-in repeat business!
